摘要
目的 了解2017-2020年湖南省≥40岁居民脑卒中患病状况及变化趋势,为制定脑卒中防治政策提供参考依据.方法 收集2017、2018、2019、2020年"湖南省脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预项目"中脑卒中数据,采用SAS 9.4计算不同年份、性别、年龄和地区40岁及以上居民的脑卒中患病率.结果 2017-2020年湖南省脑卒中患病率总体呈下降趋势,从2017年3.03％下降至2020年2.73％.男性的患病率(3.74％)高于女性(2.49％),城市的患病率(3.47％)高于农村(2.59％),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论 2017-2020年湖南省脑卒中患病率总体呈下降趋势,应重点关注男性、城市、高龄人群.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence of and changing trends in stroke among residents aged 40 years and above in Hunan Province from 2017 to 2020,and to provide a reference basis for formulating stroke prevention and treatment policies.Methods We collected the stroke data from the Screening and Intervention Program for High-risk Groups of Stroke in Hunan Province in 2017,2018,2019 and 2020.SAS9.4 was used to calculate the prevalence rates of stroke among residents aged 40 years and above in different years,genders,ages and regions.Results The prevalence rates of stroke in Hunan Province during 2017-2020 showed an overall downward trend,decreasing from 3.03％in 2017 to 2.73％in 2020.The prevalence rate was higher in males than in females(3.74％vs.2.49％)as well as higher in urban areas than in rural areas(3.47％vs.2.59％),showing statistically significant differences(both P＜0.001).Conclusion The prevalence rates of stroke in Hunan Province from 2017 to 2020 presented an overall downward trend.Special attention should be paid on male,urban and elderly populations.
