Objective To investigate the value of peripheral blood serological indicators in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC).Methods Based on the attainment of pathological complete response(pCR),the patients were divided into pCR group and non-pathological complete response group, and the correlation of collected indicators with the efficacy of NAC was analyzed. Results The pCR rate of patients with different subtypes of breast cancer after receiving NAC was different, and there were 12 markers affecting the pCR rate of triple negative breast cancer after NAC.There were 14 markers that affected the pCR rate after NAC in Luminal B(HER2-positive)breast cancer. There were two markers that affected the pCR rate after NAC in Luminal B(HER2-negative)breast cancer.Serological markers affecting pCR after NAC were not found in HER2-positive or Luminal A breast cancer. Conclusion There are significant differences in the pCR rate after NAC in different subtypes of breast cancer, and the serological markers for predicting NAC after pCR in different subtypes of breast cancer are different.
