Objective To improve the traditional Masson staining method and solve the problems of cloudy color and unclear localization in the diagnosis of renal biopsy under light microscopy.Methods Twenty-five samples of membranous nephropathy from 2021 to 2022 were collected,and the improved staining method and traditional method were used to compare the staining quality and score.Results Comparing the results of four Masson staining methods in 25 cases of membranous nephropathy,it was found that the Chromogenic acid 2R&Bright green & Bouin secondary fixation & Pancreatic enzyme digestion method showed significant differences in color,clear localization of eosinophil,and non-fading ability compared to traditional methods(P＜0.05).Conclusion The improved Masson staining method outperforms traditional methods in terms of color contrast and persistence.
