Objective To learn about the current status of nurses'work in Chinese tumor specialist hospital at the provincial level and above.Methods The method of issuing questionnaires to be issued to investigate the current work status of 32 oncology college hospitals in my country and above and above.In terms of descriptive statistical analysis.Results 99.5％of nurses believe that tumor intervention in occupational protection is important;81.7％ of nurses have no qualification certificate for radiation staff;91.32％of nurses believe that strengthening protection conditions can reduce anxiety;85.4％ participate in regular medical examinations;89.0％of people are right,the care occupation shows love;69.4％ participated in going out training or training;44.3％ of nurses participated in scientific research training;18.7％ of nurse published articles related to tumor intervention;81.3％did not publish articles related to tumor intervention in nursing;only 8.2％ of nurses have obtained nursing topics as a person in charge;only 5.0％ of nurses have scientific research funds for research and nursing projects.Conclusion The current status of the career protection of nurses in the provincial and above tumor hospitals in China needs to be strengthened,and training should be strengthened for safety protection.Scientific research and teaching capabilities are relatively lacking,and their own construction should be strengthened to promote the development of tumor intervention in nursing disciplines.
