摘要
目的 探讨卵巢黄体囊肿经阴道彩色多普勒超声的特征.方法 收集我院 2019 年 9 月至2023 年 9 月经昆山市第一人民医院收治诊断为卵巢黄体囊肿患者 120 例,通过随访超声及手术病理证实.结果 普通黄体囊肿 62 例准确率 100%、妊娠黄体囊肿 26 例准确率 100%、出血性黄体囊肿 22 例准确率100%、黄体囊肿破裂 8 例准确率 75%(6/8),误诊 2 例.结论 卵巢黄体囊肿经阴道彩色多普勒声像图具有特征性表现,具有很高的诊断价值,声像图不典型者诊断仍有困难,须结合临床表现确诊.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in ovarian corpus luteum cysts.Methods A total of 120 patients with ovarian corpus luteum cysts diagnosed in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2023 were collected and confirmed by follow-up ultrasound and surgical pathology.Results The accuracy rate was 100%in 62 cases of common corpus luteum cysts,100%in 26 cases of pregnancy corpus luteum cysts,100%in 22 cases of hemorrhagic corpus luteum cysts,75%in 8 cases of corpus luteum cyst rupture,and 2 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion The transvaginal color Doppler sonography of ovarian corpus luteum cysts has characteristic performance and a high diagnostic value.The diagnosis based on atypical sonography is still difficult,and must be combined with clinical manifestations.
