Objective To analyze the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms. Methods In this study,50 patients with suspected cerebral aneurysm admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2023 were clinically screened,And they were detected by DSA and CTA.The distribution of cerebral aneurysms, the measurement of aneurysms, the diagnostic efficiency and diagnostic time of the two diagnostic methods were compared between the two groups. Results The detection rates of CTA and DSA were 20.0%and 17.5%,respectively.The detection rates of DSA were 2.5%and 0,respectively.The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CTA were 94.2%,87.5%and 93.3%,respectively,which were higher than those of DSA(73.1%,62.5%and 70.0%)(P<0.05).There were no differences in the detection rate of medium aneurysm, large aneurysm and giant aneurysm between the two diagnostic methods. The average aneurysm neck size, tumor length diameter and tumor short diameter were(3.2± 0.5)mm,(10.6±1.3)mm,(5.5±0.6)mm in the study group,and(3.7±0.4)mm,(11.0±1.6)and(5.4±0.4)mm in the control group. There were no statistical significances between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CTA has higher application value in clinical diagnosis, not only has higher detection rate and accuracy, but also has higher sensitivity and specificity, which can be popularized in clinical application.
