Value of combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen associated cell adhesion molecule 1,lipid carrier protein 2 and malignant tumor specific growth factor in differential diagnosis of breast cancer
Objective To investigate the value of serum carcinoembryonic antigen associated cell adhesion molecule 1(CEACAM1),lipid carrier protein 2(LCN-2)and malignant tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)in the differential diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods Clinical data of 40 patients with benign breast tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were collected as control group, and clinical data of 40 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital during the same period were collected as observation group. The baseline data filling table was designed to fill in and compare the baseline data and serum examination indicators of the two groups in detail, and the value of the combined detection of serum CEACAM1,LCN-2 and TSGF in differentiating the nature of breast tumors was analyzed. Results The levels of CEACAM1,LCN-2 and TSGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05),but there were no statistical differences in age, body mass index(BMI),tumor diameter, menopause and the affected side(P>0.05).Receiver operating curve(ROC)results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of serum CEACAM1,LCN-2 and TSGF in differential diagnosis of breast cancer were all greater than 0.70,and the value of combined detection(parallel)was the best. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CEACAM1,LCN-2 and TSGF has high sensitivity and specificity in the differential diagnosis of breast tumor, and the differential diagnosis value is satisfactory.
