Objective To analyze the clinical significance of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thyrotropin(TSH),triiodothyronine(T3)and thyroxine(T4)in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods 50 cases of hyperthyroidism admitted to the laboratory from January 2020 to June 2023 were named disease group, and 40 cases of healthy physical examination patients were named healthy group. The levels of FT3,FT4,TSH,T3 and T4 in the two groups were analyzed. To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of FT3,FT4,TSH combined with T3 and T4 in hyperthyroidism. Results Serum FT3,FT4,T3 and T4 levels in healthy group were lower than those in disease group, while serum TSH levels were higher than those in disease group. The positive rate, sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of FT3,FT4,TSH,T3 and T4 combined detection were higher than those of FT3,FT4 and TSH combined detection and T3 and T4 combined detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis based on the levels of FT3,FT4,TSH,T3 and T4 can effectively determine whether the patient has hyperthyroidism.
