Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic features of malignant Brenner tumor(MBT)of the ovary and to review the literature in order to enhance the understanding of MBT.Methods A case of malignant Brenner's tumor of the ovary admitted to Xinglin branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University in December 2017 was analyzed clinicopathologieally and the related literature was reviewed.Results The expres-sion of CK7,CK56,P63,WT1,P53 were all positive,while the expression of CK20,ER,PAX8,Napsin A were negative in the histopathology.Conclusion The clinical and imaging manifestations of ovarian cancer are lack of specificity.The diagnosis depends on histopathology and immunohistochemical markers,and should be differentiat-ed from other ovarian cancers.Surgical resection is the main treatment.
