Effect of information digitization integrated management on blood potassium level in hemodialysis patients

摘要
目的 探讨信息数字一体化管理对血液透析患者血钾水平的影响.方法 选取60例本院收治的血液透析患者,分为A、B 2组,各30例,分组参照随机数字表法,选例时间区间设定在2023年4月至2024年3月.A组:常规药物及护理干预;B组:在A组基础上加用信息数字一体化管理干预,所有组患者均持续干预12个月,将2组患者各项指标数据进行统计比对.结果 干预后,B组并发症总发生率为23.3%,低于A组50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,B 组摄钾量(42.65±7.37)mmol/L、磷(1.65±0.31)mmol/L、iPTH(289±30)ng/L 均低于 A 组摄钾量(47.73±7.33)mmol/L、磷(1.87±0.37)mmol/L、iPTH(324±33)ng/L,B 组钙(2.39±0.45)mmol/L高于A组钙(2.11±0.43)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,B组低盐饮食、进食时间、进食习惯得分分别为(4.45±0.34)分、(4.25±0.31)分、(4.76±0.18)分,均高于 A 组(3.04±0.26)分、(3.35±0.29)分、(3.16±0.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,B组躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活评分分别为(85.94±2.41)分、(82.39±3.12)分、(82.34±3.16)分、(85.83±2.84)分,均高于 A 组(76.73±2.38)分、(73.41±2.53)分、(75.68±3.37)分、(77.76±2.75)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血液透析患者采用信息数字一体化管理可改善其摄钾量及钙磷代谢,提高饮食行为得分及生活质量评分,并降低并发症发生概率及住院率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of information digitalization integrated management on blood potassium level in hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected and divided into A and B groups,with 30 cases in each group.According to the random number table method,the time interval for selecting cases was set from April 2023 to March 2024.Group A:conventional drugs and nursing intervention;Group B:on the basis of group A,the information digitalization integration management intervention was added.All patients in all groups were continuously intervened for 12 months.The index data of the two groups were statistically compared.Results After the intervention,the total incidence of complications in group B was 23.3%,which was lower than 50.0%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,potassium intake(42.65±7.37)mmol/L,phosphorus(1.65±0.31)mmol/L,iPTH(289±30)ng/L in group B were lower than those in group A potassium intake(47.73±7.33)mmol/L,phosphorus(1.87±0.37)mmol/L and iPTH(324±33)ng/L.Calcium(2.39±0.45)mmol/L in group B was higher than that in group A(2.11±0.43)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of low salt diet,eating time and eating habits in group B were(4.45±0.34),(4.25±0.31)and(4.76±0.18),respectively,which were higher than those in group A(3.04±0.26),(3.35±0.29)and(3.16±0.23),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of physical health,mental health,social function and material life in group B were(85.94±2.41),(82.39±3.12),(82.34±3.16)and(85.83±2.84),respectively,which were higher than those in group A(76.73±2.38),(73.41±2.53),(75.68±3.37)and(77.76±2.75),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information digitalization integrated management in hemodialysis patients can improve their potassium intake and calcium and phosphorus metabolism,improve the score of dietary behavior and quality of life,and reduce the probability of complications and hospitalization rate.
