摘要

目的 探讨脑电图诊断颞叶癫痫患者后的临床效果.方法 选取我院2020年3月至2022年5月阶段的200例颞叶癫痫患者作为研究对象;以诊断方法不同作为诊断研究分组依据,展开所有颞叶癫痫患者不同组别划分;其中施以常规脑电图诊断的设为常规组(50例);施以长程脑电图诊断的设为长程组(50例);施以动态脑电图检测的设为动态组(50例);施以蝶骨电极检测的设为蝶骨组(50例);对各组诊断结果进行观察对比.结果 长程组50例颞叶癫痫患者中,脑电图异常患者28例,脑电图正常患者22例;动态组50例颞叶癫痫患者中,脑电图异常患者34例,脑电图正常患者16例;长程组颞叶癫痫患者异常率同动态组展开比较,差异无统计学意义(x2=1.528,P>0.05);清醒期100例颞叶癫痫患者中,脑电图异常患者38例,脑电图正常者62例;睡眠期颞叶癫痫100例患者中,脑电图异常患者64例,脑电图正常者36例;清醒期颞叶癫痫患者异常率同睡眠期颞叶癫痫患者展开比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=13.525,P<0.05);对于常规蝶骨电极50例颞叶癫痫患者,脑电图异常患者10例,脑电图正常者40例;对于长程蝶骨电极50例颞叶癫痫患者,脑电图异常者34例,脑电图正常者16例;常规蝶骨电极颞叶癫痫患者异常率同长程蝶骨电极颞叶癫痫患者展开比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=23.377,P<0.05).结论 常规脑电图、长程脑电图、动态脑电图、蝶骨电极检测对颞叶癫痫患者均存在一定诊断价值,临床可结合患者具体情况采取有效方法诊断.

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of electroencephalogram(EEG)diagnosis in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy.Methods A total of 200 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy treated in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects;Using different diagnostic methods as the basis for grouping research,all temporal lobe epilepsy patients were divided into four groups:the routine group(n=50)receiving routine EEG diagnosis,the long-term group(n=50)receiving long-term EEG diagnosis,the dynamic group(n=50)undergoing dynamic EEG detection,and the sphenoid group(n=50)undergoing detection with a sphenoid electrode.The diagnostic results of each group were observed and compared.Results Among the 50 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy in the long-term group,there were 28 abnormal patients and 22 normal patients;Among the 50 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy in the dynamic group,there were 34 abnormal patients and 16 normal patients;Compared to the dynamic group,the abnormal rate of patients in the long-term group showed no significant difference(x2=1.528,P>0.05).Among the 100 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy during the conscious phase,38 were ECG abnormal and 62 were ECG normal;Among 100 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy during sleep,64 were ECG abnormal and 36 were ECG normal.There were significant differences of the abnormal rate between conscious phase and sleep phase(x2=13.525,P<0.05).For 50 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy using conventional sphenoid electrodes,there were 10 ECG abnormal patients and 40 ECG normal patients.For 50 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy using long-range sphenoid electrodes,there were 34 ECG abnormal patients and 16 ECG normal patients;The abnormal rate of temporal lobe epilepsy patients with conventional sphenoid electrodes was compared with those with long-term sphenoid electrodes,and the results showed a significant difference(x2=23.377,P<0.05).Conclusion EEG diagnostic methods have been widely used in clinical diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy patients.Conventional EEG,long-term EEG,dynamic EEG,and sphenoid electrode detection all have certain application value.Employing effective diagnostic methods to diagnose based on the specific situation of patients can significantly improve the diagnostic results.
