摘要

目的 探讨儿童早期药物性肝损害监测中血清总胆汁酸(TBA)检测的应用价值.方法 回顾性选取2020年2月至2022年2月本院儿童早期药物性肝损害患儿50例作为病例组、健康体检人员50名作为健康组.统计分析2组各检测指标值、阳性情况,并统计分析病例组不同损害程度患儿的各检测指标值、阳性情况.结果 病例组患儿血清TBA、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转氨酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平均高于健康组(P<0.05).病例组患儿血清TBA阳性率24.0%(12/50)高于健康组2.0%(1/50)(x2=10.699,P=0.001),但2组儿童的血清AST、ALT、GGT、TBIL阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).病例组轻度、中度、重度损害患儿的血清TBA、AST、ALT、GGT、TBIL水平均逐渐升高(P<0.05).病例组轻度、中度、重度损害患儿血清TBA阳性率逐渐升高(P<0.05),但AST、ALT、GGT、TBIL阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 儿童早期药物性肝损害监测中血清TBA检测的应用价值高.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of serum total bile acid(TBA)detection in early drug-induced liver damage monitoring in children.Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 50 children with early drug-induced liver damage in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 as the case group,and 50 health examination personnel as the health group.To analyze the values and positivity of each detection indicator in two groups,and also analyze the values and positivity of each detection indicator in the case group of children with different degrees of damage.Results The serum levels of TBA,AST,ALT,GGT,and TBIL in the case group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The serum TBA positive rate of 24.0%(12/50)in the case group was higher than that of 2.0%(1/50)in the healthy group(x2=10.699,P=0.001),but there were no significant differences in the positive rates of serum AST,ALT,GGT,and TBIL between the two groups of children(P>0.05).The serum levels of TBA,AST,ALT,GGT,and TBIL in children with mild,moderate,and severe damage in the case group gradually increased(P<0.05).The positive rates of serum TBA in children with mild,moderate,and severe damage in the case group gradually increased(P<0.05),but the differences in the positive rates of AST,ALT,GGT,and TBIL were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application value of serum total TBA detection in monitoring drug-induced liver damage in early childhood is high.
