Objective The public recruitment examinations for public institutions are a kind of personnel examination,which is an important link to select outstanding talents to work in public institutions.In recent years,the number of applicants for the public recruitment examinations in the health industry has gradually increased,and the examination management of the recruitment examination is an important part of the public recruitment examination,which mainly involves the organization,management and implementation of the examination.This paper mainly introduces the examination management of public recruitment examination in health industry and its risk prevention and control,aiming to optimize the examination process and improve the fairness and efficiency of the examination.
