Objective To explore the application value of Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation technol-ogy in treating patients with multiple trauma and the importance of post-operative transfer to high-quality trauma treatment centers.Methods Analysis of clinical data from three patients with multiple trauma treated using EC-MO technology.Results ECMO technology,as an effective trauma treatment method,played a crucial role in maintaining patients'vital signs,correcting shock and hypoxia states,and improving multiple organ dysfunction.Timely post-perative transfer to high-quality trauma treatment centers for multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment was significant for controlling infection,repairing tissue damage,and preventing complications.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment strategy combining ECMO technology with post-operative referral to high-quality trauma treatment centers helps improve the success rate of treating severe multiple trauma patients.This study provides reference and guidance for clinicians to promptly identify and rescue patients with severe mul-tiple trauma.
