摘要
目的 对柴胡桂枝干姜汤临床有效的相关病例进行数据挖掘.方法 运用"古今医案"云平台(V2.3.5),选取《中华医典》数据文献库、中国知网、维普、万方截至2022年8月31日前发表临床应用柴胡桂枝干姜汤临床有效的病例,通过数据整理后进行资料整理、数据分析,得出临床运用柴胡桂枝干姜汤的数字模型.结果 入组301组病例以淡舌、红舌、淡红舌分布居多;舌苔以薄白苔、白腻苔、白苔居多;脉相以弦细、弦滑、弦居多,临床症状以口苦、口干、纳可、乏力、纳差、腹胀、心烦、入睡困难、咳嗽、便溏频次多见等.结论 "古今医案云平台(V2.3.5)"可将古今中医临床使用柴胡桂枝干姜汤数字模型客观掘总结.
Abstract
Objective To diseuss the clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction published by Chinese Medical Code,CNKI,Veipu and Wanfang up to August 2022.Methods Select the data library of Chinese Medical Code,CNKI,Weipu and Wanfang as of August 31,2022 to publish clinically effective cases of clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction by using the"ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.3.5)".After data sorting and data analysis,the digital model of clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction was obtained.Results The distribution of light tongue,red tongue and light red tongue was mostly.Tongue coating was mainly thin white fur,white greasy fur and white fur.The pulse phase is thin,smooth and string,and the clinical symptoms were bitter mouth,dry mouth,fatigue,poor appetite,abdominal distension,upset,difficulty falling asleep,cough and loose stool frequency.Conclusion The ancient and modern medical record cloud plat form(V2.3.5)"can objectively summarize the digital model of TC Mclini caluse of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction prescription
