Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise tests and 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and ten patients with suspected coronary artery disease were selected from June 2023 to May 2024,all of them underwent treadmill exercise testsand 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram, and the results of coronary angiography were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic efficacy of coronary artery disease between the two modes of examination alone and in combination. Results The diagnostic results of the"gold standard"showed that among 110 suspected patients,85 cases were positive, and 25 cases were negative;the treadmill exercise tests showed that 89 cases were positive, and 21 cases were negative, the 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram showed that 87 cases were positive, and 23 cases of negative, the combined examination of the two showed 84 cases of positive and 26 cases of negative the specificity of the combined examination of the two for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease was 96.00%,the accuracy was 97.27%,and the predictive value of positivity was 98.81%higher than that of the treadmill exercise tests test of 64.00%,87.27%,89.89%,higher than 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram 72.00%,80.00%,91.95%(P<0.05);the misdiagnosis rate of the two combined examinations for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease was 4.00%,lower than that of treadmill exercise tests 36.00%,lower than that of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram 28.00%(P<0.05);the results of coronary arteriogram showed that 85 cases of coronary artery disease.Coronary angiography results showed that among 85 cases of coronary artery disease, there were 20 cases of single-branch lesions and 65 cases of multi-branch lesions;the detection rate of multi-branch lesions of treadmill exercise tests and 12-lead ambulatory electrocardiogram was higher than the detection rate of single-branch lesions of 98.5%and 96.9%,which was higher than the detection rate of single-branch lesions of 80.0%and 85.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of treadmill exercise tests and 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram for diagnosing coronary heart disease is higher than that of single test, and the detection rate of coronary heart disease increases as the number of vascular lesions increases.
