Prediction of cardiovascular adverse events in ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients after percutaneous coronary intervention by preoperative electrocardiogram ischemic grading
Objective To explore the prediction of major cardiovascular adverse events(MACE)in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)by preoperative electrocardiogram(ECG)ischemic grading after 6 months of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 150 STEMI patients who were hospitalized in our hospital or cooperative hospitals from December 2021 to June 2022 and received PCI treatment were selected. The preoperative electrocardiogram of the patients was used to grade ischemia, and they were divided into two groups based on the degree of ischemia.Clinical basic data and MACE status at 6 months after PCI were analyzed for both groups. Results The MACE incidence of grade 3 on preoperative electrocardiogram ischemia 6 months after PCI(14 cases,17.7%)was higher than that of grade 2 ischemia on preoperative electrocardiogram(4 cases,5.6%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x2=5.586,P<0.05).Conclusion Research has shown that preoperative ECG ischemia level 3 in STEMI patients can serve as a factor in determining the occurrence of MACE 6 months after PCI.
