Serum soluble programmed death ligand 1,soluble costimulatory molecule B7-H3 and transthyretin expression and their correlation with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer patients
Objective To explore the serum expression of soluble programmed death ligand 1(sPD-L1),soluble costimulatory molecule B7-H3(sB7-H3)and transthyretin(TTR)in colorectal cancer patients,to analyze the their correlation with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, and to explore the evaluative value of the combination of serum indicators. Methods Seventy-two colorectal cancer patients were included,March 2021 to February visit to the patients, set to the observation group. In addition,72 colorectal benign disease patients and 72 health experience patients were set as the benign disease group and the control group. The serum expression levels of sPD-L1,sB7-H3 and TTR in the three groups, and to compare.Patients in the observation group were grouped according to the TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, respectively, contrast the index expression levels, for the correlation analysis, and the working characteristics of the participants(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)curve analysis of the evaluation value of combined indicators in disease TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Results The sPD-L1 and sB7-H3 levels were higher, and the TTR level was lower in the observation group, and the pairwise contrast between the three groups were different(P<0.05).The levels of sPD-L1 and sB7-H3 in patients with TNM stage Ⅲ were higher than those in stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ,and the levels of TTR were lower than those in stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ,and there was a difference in the comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Compared with non-metastasized patients, lymph node metastasis patients had higher levels of sPD-L1 and sB7-H3 and lower levels of TTR(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that serum sPD-L1,sB7-H3 and TTR combined higher sensitivity and specificity of disease TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of sPD-L1,sB7-H3 and TTR in colorectal cancer patients, and are closely related to the NM stage and lymph node metastasis. The combination of multiple indicators can accurately evaluate the disease and predict the disease prognosis, which is of promotion value.
