Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI hepatocellular specific contrast agent disodium gadolinate(Gd-EOB-DTPA)in hepatic parenchymal nodules in the context of liver cirrhosis.Methods Sixty-five patients(78 nodules)with cirrhosis identified by imaging examination in our department from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,all of whom received MRI hepatocellular specific contrast agent Gd-EOB-DTPA scanning examination.Nodules were divided into RN,DN and HCC according to surgical or pathological examination results,and the scanning parameters of each nodules were compared.To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI Gd-EOB-DTPA for hepatic nodules in the background of cirrhosis.Results There were 78 nodules in 65 patients enrolled in this study,28 RN,32 DN and 18 HCC were detected by surgical and pathological examination.ADC value and T1 increase rate in HCC group,DN group and RN group were increased successively,and T1 relaxation time was decreased successively(P<0.05).Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI scan was in good agreement with surgical and pathological examination(Kappa=0.803),and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 87.2%(68/78).Conclusion MRI Gd-EOB-DTPA can accurately identify hepatic parenchymal nodules in the background of cirrhosis,and has high diagnostic efficiency for hepatocellular carcinoma,which is suitable for popularization and application.
