一种血液透析漏血监测装置的设计与应用效果评价

目的 研发血液透析漏血监测装置并分析其临床应用效果评价.方法 选择我院2022年7月至2023年8月80例血液透析患者随机分为2组,对照组应用一次性内瘘穿刺针穿刺,观察组在对照组的基础上应用自行研发的专用漏血监测装置.比较2组穿刺脱针率、针头移位发生率、针刺伤发生率、漏血发生率、穿刺操作时间、止血时间、对穿刺的满意度.结果 相较对照组,观察组穿刺不良事件率[穿刺脱针率[(2.5%(1/40)与 15.0%(6/40)]、针头移位发生率[(5.0%(2/40)与 20.0%(8/40)]、针刺伤发生率[(2.5%(1/40)与15.0%(6/40)]、漏血发生率[0%(0/40)与12.5%(5/40)]明显更低(P<0.05)].相较对照组,观察组操作时间[(4.3±0.4)min 与(5.4±0.5)min]与止血时间[(13.2±1.3)min 与(19.6±1.8)min]明显更短(P<0.05).观察组满意率[97.5%(39/40)与75.0%(30/40)]高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 血液透析漏血监测装置可有效预防穿刺不良事件发生,患者满意率较高,值得临床推广.
Objective To develop hemodialysis blood leakage monitoring device and evaluate its clinical application effect.Methods Eighty patients with hemodialysis from July 2022 to August 2023 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was punctured with disposable arteriovenous puncture needle,and the observation group was based on the control group with a special blood leakage monitoring device developed by ourselves.The rate of needle removal,needle displacement,needle puncture,blood leakage,puncture operation time,hemostasis time and Satisfaction with puncture were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of puncture adverse events[puncture removal rate[2.5%(1/40)vs.15.0%(6/40)],needle displacement[5.0%(2/40)vs.20.0%(8/40)],needlestick injury[2.5%(1/40)vs.15.0%(6/40)],and blood leakage[0%(0/40)vs.12.5%(5/40)]in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operation time(4.3±0.4)min vs.(5.4±0.5)min]and hemostasis time[(13.2±1.3)min vs.(19.6±1.8)min]in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group[97.5%(39/40)vs.75.0%(30/40)was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis blood leakage monitoring device can effectively prevent the occurrence of puncture adverse events,the patient satisfaction rate is high,worthy of clinical promotion.
