Objective To develop hemodialysis blood leakage monitoring device and evaluate its clinical application effect.Methods Eighty patients with hemodialysis from July 2022 to August 2023 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was punctured with disposable arteriovenous puncture needle,and the observation group was based on the control group with a special blood leakage monitoring device developed by ourselves.The rate of needle removal,needle displacement,needle puncture,blood leakage,puncture operation time,hemostasis time and Satisfaction with puncture were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of puncture adverse events[puncture removal rate[2.5%(1/40)vs.15.0%(6/40)],needle displacement[5.0%(2/40)vs.20.0%(8/40)],needlestick injury[2.5%(1/40)vs.15.0%(6/40)],and blood leakage[0%(0/40)vs.12.5%(5/40)]in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operation time(4.3±0.4)min vs.(5.4±0.5)min]and hemostasis time[(13.2±1.3)min vs.(19.6±1.8)min]in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group[97.5%(39/40)vs.75.0%(30/40)was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis blood leakage monitoring device can effectively prevent the occurrence of puncture adverse events,the patient satisfaction rate is high,worthy of clinical promotion.
