油气输送管道在长期服役过程中易出现失效问题并带来安全和经济风险.概述了油气输送管道的失效类型及特点,对失效分析技术现状及其研究进展进行了综述.将数字技术和智能化技术融入到传统的无损检验和断口失效分析中,大幅提高了常用失效分析技术的时效性和准确性;总结归纳了油气输送管道失效评估技术与计算机模拟分析技术的研究现状及进展,评述了其中的问题,指出了未来的发展方向.最后对油气输送管道失效预测预警新技术进行了展望.
Research Progress in Failure Analysis Technology for Oil and Gas Transmission Pipelines
Oil and gas transmission pipelines are prone to failure during long-term service,which brings safety and economic risks.This pa-per provides an overview of the types and characteristics of failure in oil and gas transmission pipelines,as well as a review of the current status and research progress of failure analysis technology.Integrating digital and intelligent technologies into traditional non-destructive testing and fracture failure analysis has greatly improved the timeliness and accuracy of commonly used failure analysis techniques.It sum-marizes the research status and progress of failure assessment technology and computer simulation analysis technology for oil and gas trans-mission pipelines,comments on the open issues among them,and points out the future development direction.Finally,prospects were made for new technologies for predicting and warning the failure of oil and gas transmission pipelines.
