摘要
针对钻杆耐磨带偏磨后无法修复到规定尺寸这一难题,设计开发了一套包含激光测量、数据分析、工艺参数自动控制等模块的耐磨带偏磨自动修复系统,并在已有的DP-500 喷焊机上进行了改造,取得了很好的效果,实现了钻杆耐磨带偏磨的自动修复,解决了现场因钻杆耐磨带偏磨导致的降级、停用等问题,为企业创造了可观的经济效益.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the hardbanding of drill pipe cannot be repaired to the specified size after eccentric wearing,a set of automatic repair system for eccentric wear of drilling pipe hardbanding is designed and developed,which includes laser measurement module,data analysis module,automatic control module of process parameters and other modules.This system is used to reform the existing DP-500 spray welder,which achieves good results and realizes the automatic repair of eccentric wear of drilling pipe hardbanding.It solves the degradation and disuse problems caused by eccentric wear of drilling pipe hardbanding,and creates considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
