随着油气管道的使用和老化,管道裂缝、腐蚀等问题逐渐显现.为了减少事故的发生,并延长管道使用寿命,液态可塑钢作为一种新型管道修复材料被越来越广泛地应用于油气管道的修复工作中.介绍了液态可塑钢在油气管道修复领域的特性、制备工艺、应用案例以及修复效果验证,并探讨了其未来的发展前景.
Abstract
With the use and aging of oil and gas pipelines,problems such as pipeline cracks and corrosion are gradually emerging.In order to reduce accidents and extend the service life of pipelines,liquid plastic steel,as a new type of pipeline repair material,is increasingly widely used in the repair work of oil and gas pipelines.This paper introduces the characteristics,preparation process,application cases,and repair effect verification of liquid plastic steel in the field of oil and gas pipeline repair,and explores its future development prospects.
