在深水、深井和超深井油气勘探领域,固井作业面临着多重挑战,如施工压力高、作业危险高、劳动强度高、设备老化严重等.为了解决这些问题,提出了一种将精确度高的新型固井流量与压力监测仪与LoRa技术相结合的方案.通过无线组网,在现场采集和存储固井流量和压力数据,并利用4G网络进行远程传输.这使得技术员可以根据实时数据分析和调整固井过程.实际应用表明,现场施工的安全性以及流量和压力数据的稳定性有了明显改善.此外,数据可视化、曲线分析和数据存储等功能的引入对施工数据的可追溯性具有重要价值.
Wireless Monitoring Module for Key Parameters of Cementing Wellhead Based on LoRa
In the realm of deepwater,deep well,and ultra-deep well oil and gas exploration,well cementing operations face multiple chal-lenges,including high construction pressure,high operational hazards,intense labor demands,and aging equipment.To address these is-sues,we propose a solution that combines a high-precision new type of well cement flow and pressure monitoring device with LoRa technology.Through wireless networking,we can collect and store well cement flow and pressure data on-site and transmit it remotely using 4G net-works.This allows technical personnel to adjust and analyze well cementing processes based on real-time data.Upon application,we have observed significant improvements in the safety of on-site construction as well as the stability of flow and pressure data.Additionally,the in-troduction of features such as data visualization,curve analysis,and data storage holds significant value for traceability of construction data.
