某高温高压气井完井管柱开裂失效原因分析

某高温高压气井中的油管发生了纵裂失效事故,为了确定其纵裂失效原因,对该井完井管柱不同井深位置的油管抽样进行了探伤检查和理化试验.探伤结果表明,多根油管的接箍和管体外表面产生了裂纹.理化试验结果表明,油管接箍和管体外表面上的裂纹为应力腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳裂纹,裂纹形成的原因与油管材料、环境介质和完井管柱受力条件有关.通过对完井管柱受力条件进行分析计算,确定油管裂纹位置和严重程度与管柱结构设计有关,油管裂纹方向与管柱所受交变内压载荷有关.建议进行油气井管柱设计时油管柱采用伸缩管,并使用与S13Cr110 油管匹配的完井液,可预防高压气井完井管柱中油管接箍和管体产生裂纹.
Analysis on Longitudinal Crack of Tubing in One HTHP Gas Well
The tubing longitudinal crack failure accident occurred in a HTHP gas well.In order to determine the cause of the longitudinal crack failure of tubing,the NDT and physical and chemical tests were carried out on the tubing sampled at different depths of the well com-pletion pipe string.It was found by the NDT results that there are longitudinal cracks on the outer surface of the coupling and pipe body of the tubing.It was shown per the physical and chemical tests that the cracks on the surface of the tubing are the stress corrosion and corro-sion fatigue cracks,and the cause of the cracks is related to the environmental medium and the stress conditions of the completion pipe string.By analyzing and calculating the stress conditions of the completion pipe string,it was considered that the direction of the tubing crack is related to the alternate internal pressure load born on the pipe string.It was suggested to use the extension tube in the design of well completion string,and use the completion fluid matching with the S13Cr110 tubing to prevent tubing cracks in HTHP gas well.
