Domestic petroleum tubular goods product certification has long relied on foreign institutions,and independent high-end brand certification is lacking.In addition,current certification and evaluation methods are substantially take threshold requirements as a basis,and there is a lack of voluntary product certification services to raise the high-quality line.In view of the above problems,this paper firstly intro-duces several existing domestic petroleum tubular goods quality supervision,certification and evaluation modes,analyzes their similarities and differences,as well as the adaptability problems with the current level of petroleum tubular goods manufacturing.Secondly,combined with the new stage of development of domestic petroleum equipment manufacturing industry and the construction of petroleum tubular goods standard system,it is pointed out that the foundation to carry out voluntary product certification of petroleum tubular goods has been estab-lished in China.Finally,from the aspects of standard system improvement,certification service provision,procurement agency support,pro-duction enterprises participation and international mutual recognition,this paper puts forward ideas and suggestions to realize the voluntary product certification of petroleum tubular goods,in order to provide an alternate reference for the high-quality development of China's petro-leum equipment industry.
