摘要

针对深层页岩油和页岩气开采特点及服役条件,开发出BG125HC高强度抗非均质载荷套管,并对其力学性能进行了测试.结果表明,BG125HC高强度抗非均质载荷套管冲击功不小于名义屈服强度值的10%(Akv≥YSmin/10),150℃下屈服强度降低5.9%;压溃强度超出API标准要求37%;抗剪切变形能力较Q125 钢级套管提高17%.BG125HC高强度抗非均质载荷套管适用于深层页岩油和页岩气资源规模开发.

Abstract

To adapt to the characteristics and service conditions of deep shale oil and shale gas exploitation,the BG125HC high-strength het-erogeneous load resistant casing was developed and its mechanical properties were tested.The results demonstrate that the toughness value of the BG125HC casing remains stable at over 10%yield strength,with a decrease in yield strength of 5.9%at 150℃.Moreover,the col-lapse strength of BG125HC exceeds API standard requirements by 37%,while the shear deformation resistance is 17%higher than that of Q125 grade casing.These findings indicate that BG125HC casing is well-suited for large-scale development of deep shale oil and shale gas.
