渝西深层页岩气井精细控压生产技术应用

控压生产技术能有效延缓压裂裂缝闭合,达到延缓页岩气井产量递减速率、提高单井预测最终可采储量(Estimated Ulti-mate Recovery,EUR)的目的.在川渝某页岩气井开展了电控油嘴精细控压生产的先导试验.现场试验表明:采用"一级固定油嘴+二级电控调节油嘴"地面流程的精细控压生产技术能有效降低压力衰减速率,实现控压生产;套管和油管生产时,放压生产皆会造成产能下降,从而降低最终可采储量(EUR),但油管放压生产时的影响要更小,说明压力较高时的管控更有意义,油管生产可以实现井筒内控压的效果,更有利于气井产能的保持.深层页岩气井控压生产技术有利于气井生产潜力的发挥,可有效延长气井平稳生产期、增加单井最终可采储量(EUR).
Application of Precision Pressure Control Production Technology for Deep Shale Gas Wells in Western Chongqing
Pressure control production technology can effectively delay the closure of fracturing cracks,slowing down the rate of production decline in shale gas wells and increasing the estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)of individual wells.A pilot test of electronically controlled choke fine pressure control production was carried out in a shale gas well in the region of Sichuan and Chongqing.Field tests results have shown that the fine pressure control production technology using a"one-stage fixed choke+two-stage electronically controlled adjustable choke"surface process can effectively reduce the rate of pressure decay and achieve pressure-controlled production.When gas production is carried out through casing and tubing are produced,pressure relief will result in a decrease in production capacity,thereby reducing the EUR.However,the impact of pressure relief production through tubing is smaller,indicating that pressure control is more significant when the pressure is higher,and tubing production can achieve pressure control within the wellbore,which is more beneficial for maintaining well productivity.It is conclued that pressure control production technology for deep shale gas wells is beneficial for realizing the production po-tential of the well,effectively extending the stable production period of the well,and increasing the EUR of individual wells.
