摘要

与常规油气开采相比,页岩气开采多为大斜度和水平井,完井射孔多达 20 段以上,同时套管在井下还要受到反复的拉、压、挤等交变载荷,下井深、井下温度高,工况条件苛刻.针对以上问题,设计并开发了BT135VRE高钢级页岩气开采专用套管,同时对其理化性能、组织、热稳定性、常温抗挤毁性能、高温抗挤毁性能进行了研究.结果表明,在900℃淬火+670℃回火的热处理工艺下,BT135VRE屈服强度≥965 MPa,0℃横向冲击吸收功≥100 J,高强度下匹配高的韧性,同时材料在高温下还具有良好的热稳定性和高温抗挤毁性能,满足复杂工况条件下页岩气开采需求.

Abstract

Compared with conventional oil and gas extraction,shale gas extraction mainly involves high inclination and horizontal wells,with more than 20 perforation completion sections.At the same time,the casing also undergoes alternating loads such as pulling,pressing,and squeezing underground,and the working conditions are harsh.Therefore,the BT135VRE shale gas casing is designed and developed,and the physical and chemical properties,microstructure,thermal stability,collapse resistance at room temperature and high temperature were also studied.The results show that the yield strength of BT135VRE is more than 965 MPa and the transverse impact energy at 0℃is more than 100 J by proper heat treatment,and the material also has good thermal stability and high temperature collapse resistance at high tem-perature,thus realizing the comprehensive requirements of high strength and toughness,which meets the requirements of shale gas produc-tion conditions.
