摘要
为提高油气行业用耐蚀合金管材选用合理性,介绍了超级双相不锈钢、20Cr-32Ni铁镍基合金、Ni-Fe-Cr-Mo-Cu系铁镍基合金3 种典型耐蚀合金材料的成分组织和力学性能,并重点对耐应力腐蚀、均匀腐蚀、点蚀性能等进行了分析.结果表明,3种材料分别具有强度高、耐Cl-应力腐蚀性能好、耐高温腐蚀性能好、耐H2S应力腐蚀性能好等不同性能表现,适用于多种工况,适应油气行业高质量绿色低碳发展要求.分别给出了3 种材料的选用建议,可为腐蚀环境下管柱设计提供依据.
Abstract
In order to improve the rationality of selecting corrosion resistant alloy OCTG,three types of typical resistant alloy including super duplex stainless steel,20Cr-32Ni iron-nickel base alloy and Ni-Fe-Cr-Mo-Cu iron-nickel base alloy were introduced from aspects of compo-sition and mechanical properties.The performance of stress corrosion resistance,uniform corrosion resistance,and pitting corrosion were an-alyzed especially.The results show that the three types of materials have good performance such as high strength,Cl-stress corrosion resist-ance,high temperature corrosion resistance,and H2 S stress corrosion resistance.They are suitable for various working conditions and meet the requirements of high-quality,green,and low-carbon development in the oil and gas industry.Furthermore,selection suggestions were given for the three types of alloy,which can provide reference for the design of pipe strings in corrosive environments.
