Prediction Models for Stress and Torque of Casing under Different Running Processes
In view of the problems of large displacement and frictional torque of horizontal wells and complexity of wellbore trajectory and stress distribution of casing string in deep oil and gas field exploitation,it is necessary to establish a theoretical model to analyze the friction and buckling of casing in long horizontal downholes. In this paper, the spline interpolation function is used to fit the inclination data, the force of the casing string is analyzed, and the three-dimensional frictional torque models of the casing under conventional, rotating and float-ing casing modes are established.Additionally, the influence of the buoyancy of drilling fluid and the string buckling on the calculation of casing friction are considered. The consistancy between the results of the large hook load, friction and maximum lateral force model and soft-ware calculation results reaches more than 90%,which verifies the accuracy of the models.
