Quality Control of Integrated Insulating Joints Used in Oil and Gas Pipelines
In view of the product quality problems of the integrated insulating joint used in oil and gas pipelines,on the base of the statistical analysis of failure cases of insulating joints,the design structure,material selection,production process,quality inspection,and usage en-vironment are analyzed and the key factors of product quality control were studied to explore how to improve the safety and reliability of oil and gas pipeline systems.The research results indicate that reliable sealing structure design,high-quality insulation materials,strict pro-duction processes and testing control,and reasonable environmental management are the keys to reducing insulating joint failure.
