摘要

针对油气管道用整体式绝缘接头产品质量问题,在对绝缘接头失效案例进行统计的基础上,对其结构设计、材料选择、生产工艺、质量检测和使用环境等方面进行分析,研究了产品制造质量控制的关键点,探索如何提高油气管道系统的安全性和可靠性.结果表明,可靠的密封结构设计、高质量的绝缘材料、严格的生产工艺和检验检测控制,以及合理的使用环境管理是减少绝缘接头失效的关键.

Abstract

In view of the product quality problems of the integrated insulating joint used in oil and gas pipelines,on the base of the statistical analysis of failure cases of insulating joints,the design structure,material selection,production process,quality inspection,and usage en-vironment are analyzed and the key factors of product quality control were studied to explore how to improve the safety and reliability of oil and gas pipeline systems.The research results indicate that reliable sealing structure design,high-quality insulation materials,strict pro-duction processes and testing control,and reasonable environmental management are the keys to reducing insulating joint failure.
