基于知识图谱的油气管道内检测技术研究现状

管道完整性评价是管道完整性管理的核心环节之一,其中内检测评价法是管道完整性评价3种最基本方法之一,油气管道内检测技术的发展对于保障油气管道安全具有至关重要的作用.对1990-2022年油气管道内检测技术的相关文献进行数据维度分析和聚类、共现、突现知识图谱的可视化分析,梳理了油气管道内检测技术30多年来的发展历程及其取得的成果,并预测未来的演进趋势,意在为我国油气管道内检测技术的相关工作提供启发.主要结论为:我国油气管道内检测技术的研究经历了初步萌芽、快速发展阶段后,目前处于稳定发展阶段,这一趋势将长期存在;油气管道内检测技术研究内容主要集中在漏磁、超声波、涡流等内检测器的创新研发,以及内检测数据分析2个方面.
Review of Research on In-line Inspection Technology in Oil and Gas Pipelines Based on Knowledge Graph
Pipeline integrity assessment is one of the core parts of pipeline integrity management,among which the in-line inspection and as-sessment method is one of the three basic methods for pipeline integrity assessment.The development of in-line inspection technology in oil and gas pipelines plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of oil and gas pipelines.Based on the analysis of data dimensions and visual analy-sis of clustering,co-occurrence and emergence knowledge graphs of relevant literature on oil and gas pipeline inspection technology from 1990 to 2022,the development history and achievements of in-line inspection technology over the past 30 years were elaborated,and the fu-ture development trend was predicted,which was intended to provide inspiration for the related work of in-line inspection technology in Chi-na.The main conclusions are that the research of in-line inspection technology in China has gone through the stage of initial germination and rapid development,and is currently in the stage of stable development,and this trend will continue for a long time.The research in-line in-spection technology mainly focuses on the innovation research and development of pipeline inspection gauge(PIG)such as magnetic flux leakage(MFL),ultrasonic testing(UT),eddy current(EC),etc.,as well as data processing.
