深层油气藏测井装备提高耐温极限技术研究进展

随着浅层油气藏开发日渐枯竭,深地深海油气已成为重要的接替能源.深层油气井的高温井况要求测井仪器具有耐高温性能.针对上述问题,基于近年来深地深海测井装备的研究成果,从电子线路热管理方案开发、耐高温电子器件开发和封装、新型传感器和新材料新工艺应用、测井施工方案优化以及仪器技术鉴定5个方面对提高设备耐温性能的技术研究现状进行了分析,提出了应用建议,为深层油井测井装备研制中提高设备耐温极限提供参考.
Technical Research Progress on Improving the Temperature Resistance Limit of Logging Equipment for Deep Oil and Gas Reservoirs
With the gradual depletion of shallow oil and gas reservoir,oil and gas stored in deep strata and deep sea have become an impor-tant alternative energy source.The extreme high-temperature well conditions in deep oil and gas wells pose a challenge to the temperature tolerance limit of logging instruments.Aiming at the above problems,based on the research achievements of deep sea logging equipment in recent years,we analyze the current research status of improving the temperature resistance performance of equipment from five aspects,which are the development of electronic circuit thermal management schemes,the development and packaging of high-temperature resistant electronic devices,the application of new sensors,new materials and new processes,optimization of logging construction schemes,and in-strument technology identification.Finally,suggestions are proposed to provide reference for improving the temperature resistance limit in the development of well logging equipment used for deep geological formations.
