防参止痒颗粒联合依匹斯汀胶囊及三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性荨麻疹效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨防参止痒颗粒联合依匹斯汀胶囊及抗幽门螺杆菌三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性荨麻疹的效果和安全性.方法 幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性荨麻疹患者58例,随机分为观察组26例和对照组32例.对照组给予标准抗幽门螺杆菌三联疗法(奥美拉唑胶囊+克拉霉素片+阿莫西林),并给予依匹斯汀胶囊10 mg/次,2次/d,口服;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予防参止痒颗粒10 g/次,3次/d,口服.2组均连续治疗4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评定2组疗效并进行比较.结果 观察组、对照组治疗后临床症状评分[(1.13±0.83)、(1.84±0.78)分]均低于治疗前[(5.21±1.24)、(4.97±1.06)分],且观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.01);观察组Hp转阴率(92.3％)、总有效率(88.5％)高于对照组(68.8％、46.9％),不良反应发生率(11.5％)低于对照组(34.4％),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性荨麻疹患者应用防参止痒颗粒+依匹斯汀胶囊+抗幽门螺杆菌三联疗法治疗效果满意,不良反应轻.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect and safety of Fangshen Zhiyang granules and epinastine capsule plus triple therapy on chronic urticaria with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection.Methods Fifty-eight patients with chronic urticaria and Hp infection were randomly divided into observation group (n =26) and control group (n =32).Control group received standard anti-Hp triple therapy (omeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin tablets),and epinastine capsules 10 mg per time,twice a day,orally.Observation group received oral administration of Fangshen Zhiyang granules 10 g per time,three times a day besides the treatment in control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks as one course in two groups.The effects were evaluated and compared between two groups after one-course treatment.Results The clinical symptom scores were significantly lower in observation group and control group after treatment (1.13±0.83,1.84 ± 0.78) than those before treatment (5.21± 1.24,4.97± 1.06) (P＜0.05),and were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group (P＜0.01).After treatment,the H p negative rate (92.3 ％) and the therapeutic effect (88.5％) in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (68.8％,46.9％) (P＜0.05),and the incidence of adverse reaction (11.5％) was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group (34.4％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Fangshen Zhiyang granules and epinastine capsule plus triple therapy can achieve a satisfactory result for chronic urticaria in patients with Hp infection,with mild adverse reactions.
