Research progress of the interaction between impaired autophagy and organelles in acute pancreatitis
The pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis is diverse, and the specific mechanisms are not yet fully elucidated.Organelles are micro-structures or micro-organs with certain morphology and function scattered in the cytoplasm, which play an important role in the normal function of pancreatic acinar cells.Organelles participate in autophagy process, autophagy promotes the renewal of organelles, and both of them coordinate to maintain the stability of cell state. The dysfunction of organelles and autophagy are involved in the occurrence and development of acute pancreatitis. This paper reviews the research progress of interaction between autophagy and organelles in acute pancreatitis and the affect of autophagy dysfunction on the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis.
