Advances in the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion injury after ovarian transplantation
Ovarian transplantation can effectively preserve and prolong the reproductive function of female cancer patients, and preserve a large number of follicles without hormone stimulation, which is suitable for women at high risk of premature ovarian failure. There are still many technical problems involved in the transplantation process, among which ischemia-reperfusion after transplantation has a great impact on the success rate of ovarian transplantation and ovarian function after successful transplantation. This paper reviews the research progress of the mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury after ovarian transplantation and methods of amelioration.
