摘要
多系统萎缩是一种进行性神经退行性疾病,临床表现为自主神经功能衰竭、帕金森综合征和小脑共济失调的多种组合.2022年国际运动障碍协会更新了多系统萎缩的诊断标准,"运动症状开始3年后出现严重的言语损害"是支持性运动特征之一,提示言语障碍可能成为一种新的临床标志物.本文就多系统萎缩言语障碍的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Multiple system atrophy(MSA)is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by a variety of combinations of autonomic failure,Parkinson's disease,and cerebellar ataxia.In 2022,the Movement Disorders Society updated the diagnostic criteria for MSA,which states that"severe speech impairment within 3 years of motor onset"is one of the supportive motor features,suggesting that speech impairment might be an underlying clinical marker.This paper reviews the research progress of the speech disorders in MSA.
