摘要
胆管癌起病隐匿,恶性程度高,预后差,早期症状无特异性,诊断较困难.环状RNA是一类具有共价闭环结构的非编码RNA,在细胞内表达稳定,具有高度生物保守性、高表达丰度、组织特异性和发育阶段特异性,在多种肿瘤如肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌等中异常表达.环状RNA表达在胆管癌的不同发展阶段存在差异,可能参与胆管癌的发生、发展.本文就环状RNA的起源与特性、在胆管癌中的作用及作用机制的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Cholangiocarcinoma has a hidden onset,high malignancy,and poor prognosis.Because of its non-specific early symptoms,it is difficult to make diagnosis.CircRNA is a type of non-coding RNA with a covalent closed loop structure.It is expressed stably in cells,with a high biological conservation,high expression abundance,tissue specificity,and developmental stage specificity.It is abnormally expressed in various tumors such as lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,etc.The expression of circRNA varies in different stages of cholangiocarcinoma,and may be involved in the occurrence and development of cholangiocarcinoma.This paper reviews the research progress of the origin and characteristics of circRNA,as well as its role and mechanism in cholangiocarcinoma.
