Research progress of measurement of hepatic portal venous pressure
The measurements of portal venous pressure in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension include traditional and classical hepatic venous pressure gradient detection through transjugular puncture,non-invasive assessment based on imaging, and direct puncture measurement, among which ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic portal venous pressure measurement is a method to directly obtain portal venous pressure value, and is less invasive, more direct and accurate. It has a great application prospect in the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with portal hypertension. This paper reviews the research progress of hepatic portal venous pressure measurement.
