Research progress of dopaminergic imaging in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease with insidious onset and irreversible progression.Currently, there is a lack of objective basis for clinical diagnosis of PD,while dopaminergic imaging can visually assess the integrity of the dopamine system, and the number, function and distribution of the receptor in the brain through positron emission tomography and single-photon emission computed tomography,so as to play an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PD.This paper reviews the research progress of dopaminergic imaging in the diagnosis of PD.
