摘要
法尼醇X受体是核受体超家族中一种可被配体激活的转录因子,参与多种生物过程,主要包括胆汁酸、脂质、葡萄糖等代谢及转运.近年法尼醇X受体在肾脏中的作用受到关注,法尼醇X受体与急性肾损伤、慢性肾脏病、糖尿病肾病、肥胖相关性肾小球病、狼疮性肾炎、肾细胞癌、肝肾综合征等多种肾脏疾病相关.本文就法尼醇X受体的生理学功能及其在肾脏疾病中作用的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Farnesoid X receptor(FXR)is a ligand-activated transcription factor in the nuclear receptor superfamily,which is involved in a variety of biological processes such as metabolism and transport of bile acids,lipids and glucose.In recent years,the role of FXR in the kidney has received much attention since it has been found to be associated with a variety of kidney diseases including acute kidney injury,chronic kidney diseases,diabetic nephropathy,obesity-related glomerulopathy,lupus nephritis,renal cell carcinoma and hepatorenal syndrome.This paper reviews the research progress of the physiological function of FXR and its role in kidney diseases.
