摘要
布鲁氏菌病是一种人畜共患传染病,病死率较低,但有慢性进展倾向,如不及早明确诊断和治疗,严重者可导致残疾,严重影响生活质量.布鲁氏菌病临床表现无特异性、细菌培养周期较长及血清学诊断方法复杂,不易早期准确诊断.布鲁氏菌病的实验室诊断方法包括细菌培养(诊断金标准)、血清学检测及分子生物学方法,每种诊断方法均有其优缺点和适用性.本文就布鲁氏菌病实验室诊断方法研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease.Although the mortality rate of brucellosis is low,it has a tendency of chronic progression and can lead to disability and seriously affect the quality of life if it is not diagnosed and treated timely.Early and accurate diagnosis of brucellosis is difficult due to its non-specific clinical manifestations,long bacterial culture cycle and complex serological diagnosis methods.At present,laboratory diagnostic methods for brucellosis include bacterial culture(the gold diagnostic standard),serological detection,and molecular biological methods.Each diagnostic method has its own advantages,disadvantages,and applicability.This paper reviews the research progress of laboratory diagnostic methods for brucellosis.
