摘要
乳酸是葡萄糖无氧糖酵解代谢的终产物,被认为是一种代谢废物,但在葡萄糖缺乏、能量需求增加或氧气供应减少时,大脑可将乳酸作为能量来源.作为连接神经元和星形胶质细胞代谢的中间分子,乳酸在脑功能和神经系统疾病中发挥保护作用.本文就脑乳酸代谢及星形胶质细胞 神经元乳酸穿梭在神经元活动、神经疾病中作用的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Lactate is an end product of anaerobic glycolysis of glucose and is considered to be a metabolic waste,but it can be used as an energy source by brain when the glucose is absent,energy demand increases and oxygen supply reduces.Being an intermediate molecule for the metabolism of neurons and astrocytes,lactate plays a protective role in brain function and neurological diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of the roles of brain lactate metabolism and astrocytome-neuron lactate shuttle in the neuronal activity and neurological diseases.
