糖尿病肾脏病药物治疗研究进展

摘要
肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统抑制剂是治疗糖尿病肾脏病的基础药物,多种新型药物如钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂、盐皮质激素受体拮抗剂、胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂、内皮素A受体拮抗剂、甲基巴多索隆已被用于糖尿病肾脏病的治疗,取得较好疗效.本文就糖尿病肾脏病药物治疗的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system inhibitors are the basic drugs for diabetic kidney disease.Many novel drugs as sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors,mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists,glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists,endothelin A receptor antagonists and bardoxolone methyl have been used in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease and have achieved satisfactory results.This paper reviews the research progress of the drugs for diabetic kidney disease.
