脉管性疾病合并凝血功能障碍研究进展

摘要
脉管性疾病是一组淋巴管和血管局部过度增生所致疾病的统称,包括血管肿瘤和脉管畸形两大类.脉管性疾病可伴发凝血功能障碍如局限性血管内凝血、卡萨巴赫-梅里特综合征、血小板减少症,严重者可危及患者生命.本文就脉管性疾病合并凝血功能障碍的临床表现、发病机制、诊断和治疗作一综述.
Abstract
Vascular disease is a collective term of diseases caused by localised hyperplasia of lymphatic vessels and blood vessels,including two main categories of vascular tumors and vascular malformations.It can be accompanied by coagulation disorders(such as localised intravascular coagulation,Kasabach-Merritt syndrome,and thrombocytopenia),which can be life-threatening in severe cases.This paper reviews the research progress of clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases in combination with coagulation disorders.
