人工智能在先天性心脏病影像诊断中应用研究进展

先天性心脏病发病率高,及时诊断和分型有助于尽早采取有效的干预措施,提高患者生存率并减少并发症的发生.先天性心脏病的诊断依赖于影像学检查,但人眼对细节识别能力不足、医师经验有限及阅片任务繁重给先天性心脏病的诊断带来较大挑战.近年来人工智能已应用于医学影像诊断领域,可大幅提升阅片效率及诊断灵敏度,未来有望在先天性心脏病诊断中发挥重要作用.本文就人工智能在先天性心脏病影像诊断中应用的研究进展作一综述.
Application of artificial intelligence in the imaging diagnosis of congenital heart disease
Congenital heart disease(CHD)has a high prevalence,and the timely diagnosis and classification aid in selecting effective intervention measures,improving survival and decreasing complications.The diagnosis of CHD relies on the imaging examination,but the lack of sensitivity of human visual recognition on details,the limited experience of the physician and the heavy workload of film reading pose great challenges.In recent years,artificial intelligence has been applied in medical imaging diagnosis since it can greatly improve the efficiency on film reading and the diagnostic sensitivity,therefor it is expected to play an important role in CHD diagnosis in the future.This paper reviews the research progress of the application of artificial intelligence in imaging diagnosis of CHD.
