摘要
随着中国人口老龄化及生活方式改变,前列腺癌发病率逐年上升,晚期常进展为去势抵抗性前列腺癌,对传统的雄激素剥夺疗法产生耐药性,预后不佳,病死率高.长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)通过调控细胞代谢、表观遗传修饰及信号通路等,在前列腺癌细胞生长、增殖、转移及耐药等过程中发挥重要作用,参与去势抵抗性前列腺癌的发生、发展.lncRNA可能在去势抵抗性前列腺癌治疗中具有潜在的应用前景.本文就lncRNA在去势抵抗性前列腺癌中调控机制的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
With the population aging and lifestyle change in China,the incidence of prostate cancer is increasing year by year.Advanced stages often progress to castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC),which develops resistance to traditional androgen deprivation therapy,leading to poor prognosis and high fatality rate.Long non-coding RNA plays an important role in the growth,proliferation,metastasis and drug resistance of prostate cancer cells via regulating cell metabolism,epigenetic modifications and signaling pathways,and it is involved in the occurrence and development of CRPC.Long non-coding RNA may have a potential application prospect in the treatment of CRPC.This paper reviews the research progress of the regulatory mechanism of long non-coding RNA in CRPC.
