Regulatory mechanism of long non-coding RNA in castration-resistant prostate cancer
With the population aging and lifestyle change in China, the incidence of prostate cancer is increasing year by year.Advanced stages often progress to castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC),which develops resistance to traditional androgen deprivation therapy, leading to poor prognosis and high fatality rate.Long non-coding RNA plays an important role in the growth, proliferation, metastasis and drug resistance of prostate cancer cells via regulating cell metabolism, epigenetic modifications and signaling pathways, and it is involved in the occurrence and development of CRPC.Long non-coding RNA may have a potential application prospect in the treatment of CRPC.This paper reviews the research progress of the regulatory mechanism of long non-coding RNA in CRPC.
