摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,后期可发展至终末期肾病,并伴有多系统并发症,严重影响患者生活质量及寿命.Klotho是一种具有抗衰老、抗凋亡、抗氧化、调节钙磷代谢等功能的蛋白,主要在肾小管上皮细胞中表达.Klotho参与调控巨噬细胞极化、氧化应激及多种信号通路,发挥延缓肾纤维化进展的作用,Klotho可能成为潜在的糖尿病肾病的治疗靶点.本文就Klotho在糖尿病肾病中调控机制的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes,which would finally progress to end-stage renal disease,with multi-system complications,and seriously affects the life quality and life span of patients.Klotho is mainly expressed in renal tubular epithelial cells,with the functions as anti-aging,anti-apoptosis,anti-oxidation,and regulating calcium-phosphorus metabolism.It is involved in the regulation of macrophage polarization,oxidative stress and various signaling pathways,and plays a role in delaying the progression of renal fibrosis,which might be a potential therapeutic target for diabetic nephropathy.This paper reviews the research progress of the regulatory mechanism of Klotho in diabetic nephropathy.
