摘要
随着胃癌靶向药物和免疫检查点抑制剂等新药新疗法的研发和临床试验的推进以及腹腔镜胃癌手术的规范,高级别循证医学证据更加充足,胃癌的治疗选择越来越精准,疗效和安全性更优.本文回顾近10年来的胃癌研究成果,对胃癌治疗现状作一述评.
Abstract
Currently,the options of treatments against gastric cancer have become more and more rational and evidence-based,and the safety and efficacy have been enhanced greatly,owing to improvements in areas such as the development and clinical trials of new targeted drugs and immune checkpoint inhibitors and technic advances in laparoscopy.This review retrospectively analyzes the research results in treatments against gastric cancer in the recent 10 years,and discusses the current status and future perspectives.
